Production Staff

The company is hiring a large number of production staff to work on the automotive parts production line, specifically springs. Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, have at least a lower secondary education (M.3), be Thai nationals only, and be able to tolerate hot weather. Applicants must not have visible tattoos outside of clothing. Regarding compensation, employees will receive a minimum wage of 372 Baht per day, plus overtime at 69.75 Baht per hour and shift allowance of 25 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a diligence bonus ranging from 400 to 600 Baht per month. The company provides free transportation and free meals, as well as annual health check-ups. Employees will receive holidays on festivals such as New Year and Songkran, with 8-9 days off per occasion. After completing one year of service, employees will receive annual leave and a bonus for unused workdays throughout the year, amounting to 4,100 Baht.
