Production Staff

Production Staff position, open to all genders. Applicants must be 18 years or older and have at least a Primary School Certificate (Grade 6). The company accepts individuals with visible tattoos outside of clothing. For compensation, employees will receive a daily wage of 357 Baht, plus a food allowance of 20 Baht per day and a travel allowance of 60 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a shift allowance for the afternoon and night shifts, valued at 30 Baht per shift. Overtime (OT) is calculated at 1.5 times the hourly rate of 66.94 Baht, 2 times at 89.25 Baht per hour, and 3 times at 133.88 Baht per hour. Other benefits provided by the company include attendance bonuses of 400 or 500 Baht per month depending on conditions, a monthly advance of 2,000 Baht, free bank account opening, free health check-ups, free uniforms, and a staff shuttle service.
