Shoe Production and Assembly Worker

We are hiring Shoe Production and Assembly Workers. Applicants must be male or female, 18 years or older, in good health, and able to commute to work independently or use the company's shuttle service. A minimum education level of Primary School Grade 6 is required. Selected candidates will receive a daily wage of 357 Baht, plus a shift allowance of 30 Baht per day for afternoon and night shifts, and a travel allowance of 60 Baht per day. The company offers two work systems: a 2-shift system, working 5 days a week with Saturdays and Sundays off, and a 1-shift system, working 6 days a week with one day off per week. The primary responsibilities of this position include producing and assembling shoes, inspecting the quality of manufactured products, and performing tasks according to production line procedures to ensure products meet established quality standards. The average monthly income ranges from 13,000 to 18,000 Baht.
