Factory Worker

The company is hiring factory workers with a daily wage rate of 361 to 366 Baht. Applicants must be male, not exceeding 35 years of age, with a high school diploma or vocational certificate ( ปวช. ) in any field, and must have completed military service. Additionally, applicants should possess a car or motorcycle driver's license, be in good health, have no chronic diseases, and no metal implants in their limbs. Ability to work in shifts is required. Company benefits include bonuses and assistance 3 times per year, free accommodation, free account opening, free uniforms, and free employee transportation. There is also a diligence allowance of 700 Baht per month for employees with no absences, leaves, or lateness. Shift allowances vary, ranging from 36 Baht, 123 Baht, 190 Baht, and 210 Baht per day. For those not using dormitory facilities, a housing allowance of 900 Baht per month is provided. The company offers annual salary adjustments and free lunch. Overtime (OT) of 2 hours or more will receive a meal allowance of 25 Baht per day. Employees are entitled to 6-8 days of annual leave, along with social security and accident insurance.
