Automotive Parts Assembly Worker

The company is hiring Automotive Parts Assembly Workers with a daily wage of 357 Baht. Applicants must be male or female, have a lower secondary education (Mathayom 3), and be between 21-28 years old. Male applicants must have completed military service and must not have visible tattoos or ear piercings. Applicants must be able to work overtime and shifts, and have at least 6 months of experience in machine operation and assembly. Benefits include a night shift allowance of 100 Baht/day, a meal allowance of 40 Baht/day, and an overtime meal allowance of 40 Baht/day. Additionally, there is a transportation allowance of 10 Baht/day for using company transport, or a distance-based allowance for those using private vehicles. Monthly attendance bonuses range from 600-1,000 Baht, with an additional special attendance bonus of 1,500 Baht every 3 months. Furthermore, there is a monthly incentive of 1,400 Baht, special allowances for New Year and Songkran of 7,500 Baht/month, bonuses twice a year, and an advance salary option of up to 2,000 Baht/month.
