Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff. Male, aged 18-40, Thai nationality. Applicants must have a high school diploma or vocational certificate ( ปวช. ) or higher. Must be physically healthy, able to lift heavy objects, have normal vision, not be color blind, possess basic calculation skills, be able to read and write basic English, and have a criminal record check valid within the last 6 months. Compensation includes a minimum wage of 400 Baht per day, plus a living allowance of 50 Baht per day and a night shift allowance of 40 Baht per day. There is also a monthly attendance bonus of 400, 500, or 600 Baht depending on conditions. The company offers various benefits such as a free pre-employment health check, company uniform, employee ID card, steel-toe boots, and cloth hat, social security, life insurance, and legal leave entitlements. Employees will receive free shuttle bus service. Those with 1 year of service will be eligible to take an exam to become permanent employees. The primary duties of this position involve performing production line operations according to company standards.
