Production Staff

The company is recruiting production staff. Applicants must be male or female, aged between 18 and 45 years old, with a minimum education of Lower Secondary School (Mathayom 3). Male applicants must have completed military service. Selected candidates will receive a base salary of 372 Baht per day, plus additional compensation such as an afternoon shift allowance of 30 Baht per day, a night shift allowance of 40 Baht per day, and a working condition allowance of 20 Baht per day for certain departments. Additionally, there is a seniority allowance based on level, starting from 5 Baht per day for Level 1 and 10 Baht per day for Level 2. Those with forklift driving skills will receive an additional allowance of 40 Baht per day. The company provides a welfare benefit of free plain rice twice a day, along with a monthly attendance bonus of 350, 450, or 550 Baht, depending on the specified conditions. Furthermore, employees receive two free uniforms and an annual special bonus.
