Production Staff

The company is recruiting production staff with the following basic qualifications: Male, aged between 18-35 years, height 160 cm or taller, and a Body Mass Index (BMI) within the standard range. Applicants must have completed upper secondary education (M.6), Vocational Certificate (P.C.E.), or Higher Vocational Certificate (P.C.T.) in any field. Having a motorcycle driving license will be considered a special advantage. Regarding compensation and benefits, the company offers a daily wage of 415 Baht, plus a diligence allowance of 660 Baht per month, a meal allowance of 1,680 Baht per month, and a travel assistance of 1,000 Baht per month. Additionally, there is a skill allowance ranging from 400-1,600 Baht per month. Employees who renew their contracts will receive a special bonus upon completion of the contract, including an annual bonus based on company performance. The company provides annual leave, annual health check-ups, and 4 sets of uniforms, including hats and shoes, free of charge. Furthermore, employees will receive training and seminars according to company policy, as well as coverage from life insurance and the Workmen's Compensation Fund. The company provides a shuttle bus service for employees to facilitate commuting.
