QC Staff

The company is hiring for Production Staff and QC Staff. The Production Staff position requires females who have completed Matthayom 3 (Grade 9) or higher, aged between 18 and 35 years. For the QC Staff position, applicants must have completed Matthayom 6 (Grade 12) or higher, aged between 18 and 35 years. Employees will receive a meal allowance of 30 Baht per day worked, along with a tiered monthly attendance bonus starting at 372 Baht, increasing by 100 to 500 Baht for those with no absences, lateness, or early departures. There is also an annual attendance bonus, starting at 1,000 Baht in the first year and increasing by 1,000 Baht annually, up to a maximum of 5,000 Baht. The company provides financial assistance for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, or natural disasters like floods or fires, with an amount of 5,000 Baht. Employees with 10, 15, and 20 years of service will receive gold worth 50,000 Baht. Additionally, uniforms, annual health check-ups, annual travel activities, and an annual bonus guaranteed for at least 1 month are provided, along with shuttle services on the Theparak route.
