Female Production Staff

The company is hiring female production staff. Applicants must have completed at least lower secondary education (Mathayom 3) and be between 18 and 35 years old. Additionally, we are hiring Quality Control (QC) staff who have completed at least upper secondary education (Mathayom 6) and are also between 18 and 35 years old. Staff will receive a food allowance of 30 Baht per day on working days, along with a progressive monthly attendance bonus starting at 372 Baht. This bonus increases based on conditions of no absence, lateness, or early departure, with increments ranging from 100 Baht to 500 Baht. There is also an annual attendance bonus; the first year receives 1,000 Baht, increasing by 1,000 Baht each subsequent year, up to a maximum of 5,000 Baht. Other company benefits include financial assistance of 5,000 Baht for marriage, funerals, or natural disasters (floods, fires). Employees with 10, 15, and 20 years of service will receive gold worth 50,000 Baht. Additionally, benefits include uniforms, annual health check-ups, annual travel activities, an annual bonus guaranteed for at least 1 month, and a shuttle service on the Theparak route.

Female Production Staff: Lower secondary education (M.3) or higher, age 18-35. QC Staff: Upper secondary education (M.6) or higher, age 18-35.
