Job Description
The company is hiring factory workers with no specific qualifications required. Selected candidates will receive a daily wage starting at 357 Baht per day.
Benefits provided to employees include social security, workers' compensation fund, a food allowance of 33 Baht per day, and a night shift allowance of 38 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a camera allowance of 8-12 Baht per day, a tissue allowance of 10 Baht, and a monthly attendance bonus of 600, 800, or 1,000 Baht, depending on the criteria.
For those working overtime, compensation will be 2.5 hours of overtime per day, amounting to 164.06 Baht, with additional overtime pay on Sundays. The main duty of a factory worker is to perform assigned tasks within the production line to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
