Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff with an initial compensation rate of 372 Baht per day. Applicants must have a minimum educational qualification of Lower Secondary School (Mathayom 3) or equivalent, be physically healthy, able to stand for the entire work duration, and be prepared to work overtime (OT) as assigned. Additionally, applicants should be diligent, patient, responsible for assigned tasks, and have a consistent attendance record. Prior experience in production or industrial factory work will be considered a special advantage. Key responsibilities for Production Staff include: unpacking, bundling, manual gluing, packing, feeding paper into machines, and receiving items from machines. The company offers employee benefits such as attendance bonuses ranging from 300 to 700 Baht per month, a food allowance of 40 Baht per day, 3 sets of free uniforms, annual bonuses based on company performance, as well as free pre-employment and annual health check-ups, and free criminal record checks.
