The company is hiring employees with a daily compensation rate of 450 Baht. Applicants must be 18 years or older, with no gender or educational qualifications restrictions. Ability to work shifts and overtime is required. Male applicants must have completed military service, and all applicants must not have visible tattoos. Benefits include overtime pay ranging from 50 Baht per hour for OT1 up to 150 Baht per hour for OT3. Additionally, there is a morning shift allowance of 20 Baht per day, a night shift allowance of 30 Baht per day, and attendance bonuses of 120, 240, or 300 Baht per month depending on attendance levels. There are also special allowances for SC work at 35 Baht per day, MC work at 15 Baht per day, and an additional 15 Baht per day for IJ, BM bulk loading employees. Overtime worked on Saturdays and Sundays will be compensated at a rate of 1,175 Baht per day.
