Condominium Juristic Person

Seeking a Juristic Person for the project. Qualifications: Vocational Certificate (PVS) or higher in Law, Management, or related fields. No gender or age restrictions, 25-45 years old. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in project juristic person management. However, those without experience but with a strong willingness to work can be considered. Applicants must have knowledge and understanding of the Condominium Act and Housing Estate Act. Possess good personality, interpersonal skills, and be able to negotiate and resolve immediate problems effectively. Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office programs. Having a certificate of training in juristic person work or the ability to communicate in Chinese will be a special consideration. Starting salary 20,000 Baht per month.
