Job Description

The Junior Performance Marketer position is open for interested applicants. Applicants must be between 23 and 35 years old, any gender, with a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. New graduates are welcome. Those who work based on data and enjoy analyzing numbers and statistics will be given special consideration. Applicants should have good communication skills, able to summarize complex information into easily understandable terms for effective collaboration with the art and CRM departments. This position works regular hours, Monday to Friday, but work hours may be adjusted as needed. It also requires openness to new technologies and the ability to quickly learn backend management systems. Good communication skills, able to summarize complex numerical data into easily understandable terms for smooth collaboration with the art and CRM departments. Works regular hours, Mon-Fri, but able to adjust work hours (weekends or early morning/late night) occasionally as work demands change. Open to new technologies and quick to learn backend management systems.
