Human Resources Department Head

The company is recruiting for the position of Human Resources Department Head in Saraburi Province. Applicants must be between 30-45 years old, any gender, and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources is required, with prior experience as an HR Department Head or in a management level role. Applicants should possess knowledge of labor laws, compensation and benefits management, as well as skills in communication, analysis, systematic problem-solving, leadership, coordination, and the ability to work well under pressure. The general responsibilities of this position will cover the overall management of the organization's human resources functions, planning and developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and selection, performance management, personnel development, and compensation and benefits administration.
