HR Director

The search is for an experienced Human Resources Director with the ability to systematically manage personnel affairs. The candidate should understand modern HR management principles and be able to effectively adapt strategies to the organization. Key responsibilities include planning, policy setting, and overseeing all HR operations, from recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management, personnel development, fostering good employee relations, to performance management and change management. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong organizational culture. This position is located at Bangna-Trad Road, Km. 7, Pathumwan, Bangkok.
