HR Recruitment and Training position responsible for the recruitment process, including selection and onboarding of new employees. Additionally, responsible for planning and conducting training to develop employee skills and knowledge in line with organizational needs. Candidates for this position must understand the principles of human resource management, be able to conduct interviews and evaluate applicants effectively, and possess the ability to design and present training courses suitable for the target audience. Working in this role requires good communication and time management skills.
