Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, ensuring that the hotel's standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained at a high level. This individual will manage the work schedules of housekeeping staff, inspect the quality of work performed, and handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services. Additionally, the Housekeeping Supervisor may be involved in training new employees, managing inventory of guest supplies and cleaning equipment, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department, in line with the hotel's service standards. This position is located in Pattaya, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province.
