Maintenance (Home Care)

We are seeking a male Maintenance Technician (Home Care), aged 25 and above. Applicants should have a Vocational Certificate (PVS) or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Must have a passion for service, good interpersonal skills, and strong communication and coordination abilities. Applicants must be proficient in using social media, such as Line, for work purposes and must be able to drive a car with a valid driver's license. The primary responsibilities of this position involve the care and maintenance of household tasks as assigned.
