Hot Kitchen Helper / Commis

We are seeking a Thai male for the position of Hot Kitchen Helper / Commis, aged between 20-35 years old, with at least a lower secondary education. The candidate must be able to work in shifts and on holidays. Experience in Japanese restaurants will be an advantage. The Hot Kitchen Helper / Commis will be responsible for supporting the chef in the hot kitchen, including preparing ingredients, cooking according to standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Applicants should possess good service skills, be able to work as part of a team, and understand kitchen workflows. The company offers employee benefits including a guaranteed Service Charge of 2,000 Baht, meal allowance of 60 Baht per day, overtime pay (OT), free uniforms, social security, annual bonus, attendance/incentive bonus, medical expenses, and a training travel allowance of 1,500 Baht.

Aged 20-35 years, Thai male, at least lower secondary education (M.3), able to work shifts and holidays, Japanese restaurant experience (preferred).
