Medical Records Officer

Seeking a Medical Records Officer with a vocational certificate (PVS) to Bachelor's degree or equivalent. No gender or age restrictions, approximately 20-35 years old. Applicants should have a good personality, be polite, cheerful, have good interpersonal skills, love animals, be service-minded, honest, responsible, and able to work in a team. Must be detailed, meticulous, and disciplined. Experience in managing drug and medical supply inventory is required. Responsibilities include data entry, stock system checks, stock counts and reporting, checking Lot/Expiry dates, and preparing medications as per veterinarian's orders. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, online content creation, Excel, and Google Sheets will be a plus. Interested candidates must be able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The company offers an evaluation and growth system. There is a 3-month probation period for suitability assessment. After 6 months of employment, performance will be evaluated for potential salary structure and benefits adjustments. Salary ranges from 12,000 - 16,000 Baht per month for qualified candidates. Work location: Rayong Province.
