Guest Service Agent

The Guest Service Agent position is responsible for providing services and conveniences to guests, including answering questions, providing information, and assisting with various matters related to their stay, to ensure guests have the best possible experience. Applicants should have experience working in a hotel or a related business field. They should possess a positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to customer service. They must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work well with others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with effective verbal and written communication in both Thai and English.
