Job Description
The General Manager position is open to qualified candidates. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, be between 40 and 55 years old, and have at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager. Additionally, candidates should have a thorough understanding of managing 5-star resorts.
Applicants must possess leadership qualities, be able to direct all departments towards achieving set goals and standards, and demonstrate the ability to effectively implement operational systems and procedures with various departments. They should also be capable of motivating the team. Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to efficiently manage departmental costs and budgets, and possess good computer and English language proficiency.
In addition to experience and knowledge, candidates should have a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a personality suitable for this position.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, aged 40 to 55 years, at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager, knowledge of 5-star resort management, leadership skills to ensure all departments meet set goals and standards, ability to establish operational systems and procedures with departments, motivate the team, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to effectively manage departmental costs and budgets, good computer and English language skills, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a good personality.
