Job Description
The Foreman position is open to new graduates and those with no experience, focusing on controlling the quality of installation work and finishing details to meet specified standards, as well as managing the on-site team of technicians for efficient work execution.
The position holder will be responsible for coordinating with various relevant departments at the work site, as well as receiving, inspecting, and maintaining materials, equipment, and tools for readiness. Furthermore, emphasis must be placed on safe working practices, maintaining site cleanliness, and reporting work progress, including taking photos, and promptly informing the Project Manager or Interior Department of any issues that arise.
