Assistant Barista

The Assistant Barista position is open for interested individuals. The starting salary is 14,000 Baht per month. Applicants must be 18 years or older, regardless of gender, and possess qualities of being punctual, diligent, and honest. For those directly performing barista duties, at least 1 year of coffee experience is required, along with readiness to sign a 1-year employment contract with the company. Hired employees will receive various benefits, such as working 6 days a week with social security, annual leave, birthday leave, and public holidays. Additionally, there is a tiered attendance bonus ranging from 300 to 500 Baht, free uniforms, and one free drink per day, along with employee discounts on beverages and food. Other benefits include training courses, overtime as needed on-site, annual parties, and annual trips. Employees with 1 year or more of service will receive a bonus based on company performance and individual performance evaluations. The work location is in Rayong (Chanthaudom).
