Kitchen Assistant

The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling dishes according to orders, and maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen area. The employee will assist the chef in preparing various ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, measuring seasonings, and performing basic cooking tasks, as well as organizing and preserving ingredients to maintain order and quality. Furthermore, the Kitchen Assistant must maintain hygiene standards for kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are always clean, follow the restaurant's operational procedures, and support the smooth operation of the kitchen team. This position is located in Lat Phrao, Bangkok.
