Barista

Barista position at Hugzmall, 3rd Floor, Khon Kaen. Seeking individuals approximately 20-30 years old, any gender. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience working in a coffee shop. Must be able to set coffee shots to the shop's standard, troubleshoot changes in coffee taste, and possess a passion for customer service. Knowledge of coffee beans and their storage is required, along with the ability to steam milk and perform basic latte art. Selected candidates must have a good service mind and personality, be cheerful, and communicate well with customers. They should be able to take orders and explain all menu items. Additionally, they must be able to check inventory and ingredients for drink preparation, be responsible, punctual, and work well in a team. Creativity in developing or improving new drink recipes is a plus, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Quick thinking, good interpersonal skills, and an interest in coffee, beverages, or bakery are essential.
