Applicants should have skills in cooking, rice shaping, fish filleting, and teppanyaki preparation, as well as the ability to mix drinks, handle payments, and serve food. The main responsibilities of this position involve preparing and mixing beverages according to the menu, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and providing customer service. This also includes managing inventory for beverage-related ingredients and certain food items. This role requires meticulousness and the ability to work under pressure.
