Junior Butcher / Ingredient Preparer

The Junior Butcher or Ingredient Preparer position offers a starting salary of 12,000 Baht per month. Applicants must be 18 years or older, communicate well in Thai, be in good health, able to lift heavy objects, and work in a kitchen environment. Shift work is also required. Experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen will be an advantage. Key responsibilities include ingredient preparation, basic knife skills, slicing, dicing, portioning ingredients, storing ingredients according to FIFO principles, and adhering to Food Safety standards.
