Kitchen staff will receive compensation starting from 12,000 Baht per month, with benefits including social security and discounts for MINOR employees. Additionally, there is performance-based compensation and employee uniforms provided. The main duties of kitchen staff include preparing ingredients, cooking according to restaurant standards, and maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen area, as well as organizing ingredients properly and preserving their quality.
