Floor Supervisor

The company is hiring for a Floor Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of staff in their assigned area, coordinating and supporting the team's work to achieve set goals. Furthermore, the Floor Supervisor must regularly observe and evaluate employee performance to ensure operations are efficient and meet company standards. Resource management and resolving immediate issues that arise during operations are also part of the responsibilities for this position.
