Fitting Mold Staff

Fitting Mold Staff position requires candidates with a high school diploma, vocational certificate ( ปวช. ), higher vocational certificate ( ปวส. ), or equivalent. Must be proficient in using basic hand tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges, as well as skills in grinding, polishing, filing, and adjusting mold parts. Must be able to assemble and disassemble molds effectively and read 2D and 3D drawings using CAD/CAM software. Applicants should have knowledge and understanding of the mold manufacturing process, including components such as Core Cavity, Side, Lifter, Ejector System, Cooling System, Runner Gate System, and Hot Runner System. Additionally, must be able to create BOM (Bill of Materials) and lists of materials for mold production. Proficiency in programming CNC, Wire Cut, EDM, Fitting, and Assembly is required. Experience in Trial Mold and mold design will be considered a plus. Company benefits include a meal allowance of 40 Baht per day, and an overtime meal allowance of 50 Baht per day for working 3 or more overtime hours. A night shift allowance of 50 Baht is provided, along with attendance bonuses ranging from 500-800 Baht, and a birthday bonus. Other benefits include an annual trip, New Year's party, annual salary adjustments, performance-based bonuses, uniforms, and 6 days of annual leave after completing one year of service, in addition to other statutory benefits.
