Engineering Project Manager

Engineering Project Manager position is open for qualified applicants. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and have at least 5 years of direct experience in civil construction management. Familiarity with concrete, steel, masonry, and fit-out works is required. Must be able to lead construction crews effectively and communicate fluently in Thai. Experience in hotel projects or mixed-use projects, including construction experience in Thailand, is essential. Specifically for the Engineering Project Manager role, applicants must have at least 10 years of on-site construction management experience, possess a contractor mindset, and be able to lead teams hands-on. Experience in local Thai hotel or mixed-use projects, as well as theme park or resort projects, is required. English or Chinese communication skills and familiarity with Thai construction standards are necessary. Emphasis is placed on candidates with experience as a hands-on field team leader from the contractor's side, not a client-side supervisor profile.
