Assistant Technician

Seeking an Assistant Technician, male, aged 20-37 years. Must have completed military service and possess at least a lower secondary education qualification. Applicants must be able to work in shifts and be available for overtime. The company offers compensation for overtime work, calculated at 75 Baht per hour for overtime on normal working days (Monday-Friday) and 100 Baht per hour for overtime on weekends and public holidays. Additionally, there is a special compensation rate of 150 Baht per hour for overtime on weekends and public holidays. Employees receive free lunch from Monday to Friday and a meal allowance of 45 Baht per day for weekends, public holidays, and days with overtime. There is also a diligence bonus ranging from 800 to 1,400 Baht per month, and a shift allowance of 80 Baht per day for night shift workers, along with a night shift meal allowance of 45 Baht per day. Applicants will receive an advance payment on the 25th of each month and are entitled to 13 public holidays per year.
