Institute Manager

We are hiring an Institute Manager with a salary range of 18,000 - 30,000 Baht per month. Applicants must be between 25 - 40 years old and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher. Must have a good personality, good interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate clearly to effectively interact with parents and students. Additionally, applicants should be highly responsible, capable of handling immediate problems, and proficient in using computers, including Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and various social media platforms. Applicants must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Must possess leadership qualities and be able to manage a team effectively. Basic English communication skills are required for coordinating with foreign teachers, along with a reasonable understanding of curriculum or teaching systems. Those with prior experience in schools, tutoring centers, clinics, fitness centers, or service industries will be given special consideration. This includes individuals with team management experience, sales skills, confidence in live streaming or appearing on camera, creativity, a love for children, and patience. Responsibilities include sales and service, closing course sales, responding to customer chats, retaining students for further study, understanding service and customer experience, scheduling classes and teachers, monitoring staff performance, promptly resolving urgent issues, maintaining the institute's orderliness, creating basic content, taking photos and videos for social media, understanding platforms like Facebook, TikTok, LINE OA, and assisting in planning marketing activities.
