Distribution Staff

MRD-ECC Company Limited is looking for 1 Distribution Staff. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee product delivery and prepare delivery reports, as well as manage the warehouse space for equipment, tools, and machinery. 2. Coordinate with customer warehouses in the area, including accurate recording and reporting. 3. Receive work orders and record purchase orders into the mine's export planning system, ensuring delivery dates match the ERP system. 4. Prepare Booking slips for vehicle collection at the mine, or control loading and dispatch according to conditions and the originating department, including reporting on the readiness of vehicles and dispatch equipment. 5. Review transportation reports from the warehouse and prepare work summary reports. 6. Inspect tools and system-related equipment, both hardware and software, to ensure heavy machinery systems are in working condition. 7. Comply with rules, regulations, and quality and safety policies. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Work in the control room, control machinery operation systems, manage electrical systems, inspect machinery operation systems, coordinate with other departments, and other tasks as assigned.

High School Diploma, Vocational Certificate (Computer or related fields); At least 1 year of experience in inventory management; In-depth data analysis skills; Ability to communicate in English or Japanese; Computer skills; High School Diploma or higher; Relevant work experience; Teamwork ability; English communication skills; Computer proficiency.
