Drafting and House Design Officer

The company is recruiting a Drafting and House Design Officer. Applicants must be male, able to drive a car, and willing to travel outstation occasionally. Additionally, applicants should be able to work well under pressure. Prior experience in residential house design will be an advantage. The company welcomes new graduates interested in this position. Key responsibilities for this role include house design, 2D drafting, and 3D visualization using SketchUp and AutoCAD, as well as using Canva and Microsoft Office for work. Applicants should be creative, able to effectively present design concepts, meticulous, responsible for assigned tasks, and able to meet deadlines. Teamwork and appropriate client communication are essential for this position.
