Department Manager – System & Process Development

The Department Manager – System & Process Development is responsible for gathering and understanding collection project requirements from users and management to plan timelines and prioritize requirements with the PMO and cross-functional teams, including monitoring key deliverables. Additionally, they support system development management by preparing for testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production verification testing (PVT), training, and go-live readiness checks to ensure the quality of solution delivery. The Department Manager will coordinate with relevant departments to consult on conditions, concerns, and development methods, as well as learn new technologies for application in improving work efficiency and reducing operational processes related to collection systems.

• Gathering and good understanding of collection project requirements of users and management. Work with PMO and cross-functional teams for timeline planning and requirement prioritization and monitor key deliverables. • System development management support by test preparation, user acceptance testing (UAT), production verification testing (PVT), training and go live readiness checking to ensure quality of solution delivery. • Coordinate with related parties to consult about conditions, concern points, and development methods. • Learning new technologies for implementation to improve work efficiency and reduce operational processes which are related to collection systems.
