Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist position is based at our Pak Chong office in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The incumbent will be responsible for providing customer service, managing communications, and resolving any arising issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The applicant will be assigned to coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including recording customer contact information and issues for service improvement purposes.
