Car Receiving Controller

We are seeking a Car Receiving Controller. Applicants should be between 22-35 years old, male, with a vocational certificate ( ปวช. ), higher vocational certificate ( ปวส. ), or a bachelor's degree. Experience as a Service Controller, Service Advisor (SA), or Back Office staff in a car service center will be an advantage. Additionally, we are open to applicants aged 20-40 years old, with a vocational certificate ( ปวช. ), higher vocational certificate ( ปวส. ), or a bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or related fields. Candidates must have knowledge of car body structure, spare parts, and car painting. Applicants should be proficient in computer use, detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively, and possess good coordination skills. Essential skills include professional communication and complaint handling, as well as coordination with customers and insurance companies. Experience with e-Claim or e-EMCS systems will be considered a plus. Previous experience in a paint repair shop, car service center, or insurance claims will also be an advantage.
