Building Technician

The Building Technician position is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the building to ensure it is in good condition, ready to serve residents and users. Applicants must be male, aged between 20 and 45 years old, with a Vocational Certificate ( ปวช. ) or Higher Vocational Certificate ( ปวส. ) in Electrical, Automotive, Mechanical, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Experience in building or condominium maintenance will be an advantage. Applicants should have a diligent, honest, responsible attitude, and a service mind.
