Job Description

The position of Assistant Chef (Commis II) is open for interested individuals. The starting salary is 15,000 Baht per month. Applicants must be male or LGBTQ+, aged 18 years and above, of Thai or Myanmar nationality, with valid legal work documents. Must be in good health and able to work in the kitchen area. A minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant will be an advantage. Key responsibilities for the Assistant Chef include preparing ingredients for cooking, assisting in food preparation according to hotel standards, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and cooking tools, storing ingredients according to hygiene and food safety standards, checking the quality and freshness of ingredients, and conducting inventory counts. Applicants should have a passion for cooking, be willing to learn, responsible, honest, punctual, and able to work well with others. Benefits for this position include Service Charge, overtime pay (OT) based on actual working hours, social security, accident insurance, uniform, 3 meals per day, 4 days off per month, sick leave according to law, and annual vacation leave after the probationary period. The work location is in Bang Rak, Bangkok.
