Supervisor

The company is recruiting for a Supervisor position. The desired applicant qualifications are: Female, Thai nationality, aged between 30-55 years old, able to read and write, and possess excellent skills in preparing on-site documents. Applicants should have leadership qualities, high responsibility, and be able to work well under pressure. Skills in using cleaning tools and equipment are required, along with a passion for service, a kind disposition, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Prior experience as a Head Housekeeper will be considered an advantage. Key responsibilities for this position include: coordinating between the client and the company, supervising and ensuring the orderliness of staff, checking workforce levels to ensure sufficient staffing for operations, inspecting the cleanliness of areas within the site, controlling the quantity of supplies appropriately, and preparing documents as assigned. The company offers the following benefits to employees: Social Security, Workmen's Compensation Fund, Group Life Insurance, and annual paid leave. Additionally, public holidays will be compensated at double the rate. This position is located in Saraburi Province, with a starting salary of 15,000 Baht per month.
