Building Maintenance Officer

Seeking 1 Building Maintenance Officer for Krasaesin District, Songkhla Province. Applicants must be no older than 50 years old and have completed a Higher Vocational Certificate ( ปวส. ) or equivalent. Selected candidates must possess basic knowledge of technical work, be diligent, patient, and honest. Prior experience in building maintenance will be given special consideration. The primary responsibilities of this position include overseeing, maintaining, and repairing various building systems to ensure they are always in working order, as well as managing general tasks related to building administration.
