CC-OSP Staff

The company is hiring CC-OSP staff to work at AIS Tower 2, Bangkok. Applicants should have a relevant educational background and basic knowledge of telecommunications, with additional training provided by the company. Interested candidates must be between 20 and 35 years old, any gender, detail-oriented, possess problem-solving and empathetic skills, be eager to learn, friendly, and enjoy customer service. This position requires individuals who can work well under pressure from both customers and colleagues, are patient, punctual, can negotiate tactfully, and effectively plan communication with the team. Responsibilities include reporting and summarizing work, planning and allocating tasks by zone, supervising the team in task execution, coordinating with various departments, and managing fiber optic lines under AIS. The starting salary is 17,000 Baht per month.
