Barista

The incumbent will be responsible for preparing and brewing coffee, including various drinks and menu items of the shop according to the specified recipes and standards, along with controlling the quality, taste, and appearance of the drinks to meet the set standards. Additionally, they must be able to prepare ingredients, check stock, and manage inventory to be ready for sale, as well as take orders, process payments, and coordinate with customers. Applicants should be between 23-35 years old and have completed high school or higher. They should have basic knowledge of coffee and beverage brewing, a passion for service, a good personality, be friendly, cheerful, and have good interpersonal skills. They must be cleanliness-conscious, able to work well with others as a team, be responsible, diligent, patient, punctual, honest, and respect shop rules. They should be eager to learn new things. Experience as a Barista or in coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, or beverage establishments will be considered a special advantage. This position is located in Pathum Thani Province, offering a salary plus commission, along with monthly attendance bonuses, weekly days off, and discounts on in-store beverages and snacks, all within a friendly working environment.
