Service Advisor

We are seeking male and female Service Advisors, aged 22 and above. Applicants should possess a vocational certificate (PVS) or equivalent in Automotive Technology, or a Bachelor's degree in any field. Applicants must be able to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license. Prior experience in service operations will be an advantage. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, receiving vehicles for initial diagnosis, creating repair orders, coordinating with the technical team, informing customers about maintenance costs, handing over repaired vehicles to customers, and closing repair orders.
