Job Description
The company is hiring for an Administrative Officer position with a salary range of 12,000 to 20,000 Baht per month. Applicants should have qualifications related to private vehicle inspection centers (ตรอ.) and the Office of the Insurance Commission (คปภ.).
Regarding compensation and benefits, employees will receive car insurance commissions ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 Baht per month, along with an attendance bonus of 1,200 Baht per month, which will be adjusted to 1,500 Baht per month starting January 2025. Additionally, there is a monthly commission of 700-1,000 Baht per month, a birthday welfare of 500 Baht, an annual bonus, social security, and uniforms.
Employees will receive 13 annual holidays per year with regular pay, and overtime pay for annual holidays is 1,000 Baht per day. This also includes overtime pay after work hours if working until 8:00 PM.
