Assistant E-Commerce Manager

Assistant E-Commerce Manager position for the Saraphi, Chiang Mai branch. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 2-3 years of work experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or performance marketing. Applicants should be proficient in using Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop Seller Centers, as well as experienced with advertising tools such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and TikTok Shop Ads. Furthermore, a strong understanding of key metrics like GMV, NMV, and ROAS is required, along with the ability to analyze data to effectively increase sales. Responsibilities include planning promotions, campaigns, pricing, and various sales strategies. Applicants should have good English communication skills, be able to collaborate smoothly with other teams, possess a challenging-ready attitude, be highly responsible, and be prepared to dedicate themselves to large-scale campaigns.
